Abstract

The objective of this paper is to share some initial notes of research being developed in the Postgraduate Program in Education and Health in Childhood and Adolescence, at the Federal University of São Paulo, Doctorate level, which has as its research phenomenon the evaluation of the effectiveness of the right to education guaranteed to Venezuelan migrant students residing in the municipality of Varginha, South Minas Gerais, from their perspective and subjectivity and that of their legal representatives. The methodological proposal of this qualitative research is the use of the principles and foundations of the Participatory Archaeological Methodology (MAP), which corresponds to a perspective in which participants are constructors of knowledge, through a horizontal procedure that effectively considers the ethical issues of the search. In addition, this methodological proposal aims, through the participatory construction of knowledge, to transform the lives of participants in relation to the phenomenon investigated and the social facts related to them. To this end, based on the free and unequivocal expression of interest in participating in this study, the technical procedure for data production will be in accordance with the basic principles of the MAP; In this sense, the conversation will be used so that participants, after having access to the documents that support the public policies related to the topic, can express themselves and evaluate their daily practice as users of a public service.
